We drive 45 minutes north to Woodridge just to come to this facility. They are friendly and punctual. The office is clean with modern tools and fun decorated room and a TV to keep kids comfortable while getting dental work done. The dentist are nice and always polite as well as the staff. Very happy with the last two years of service from them.

First I want to say a lot of these negative reviews I've seen are horrible... I've been bringing my 3 children to this office for the past 8 months and I've had nothing but great experiences here the front desk, are always very professional and helpful to whatever questions I might have, also the assistants are very pleasant and great with children!!! I have Seen Dr . Souri in the past, who was really awesome but now they have Dr. Gupta whom was very patient and kind to my children.. She's a really nice Doctor too. The manager is very delightful and kind with everyone I've seen her talk to.. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment or being seen at my correct appointment time! I really love this office its great and I would recommend anyone to this location !!!!!!!!

Tooth extraction today was beautifully performed by Dr. Gupta. She took time to explain everything thoroughly before and after the procedure. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Rubis consulted on my case. Dr. Gupta and Dr, Rubis developed a dental plan which will solve all the problems with my teeth and keep the cost within my budget. They are up-to-date on the latest technologies and procedures. Additionally, the office is pleasant and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. I recommend these practitioners with highest praise.

We switched from a different dentist. The office is poorly ran. The dentists are knowledgeable and friendly but the front desk lacks customer service skills and are rude. The first visit I waited 55 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Not once did they front desk come and tell me that they had a emergency. I get it. I had to go in 3 times and ask what the hold up was. Then the hygienist came out and said there was a emergency. Had they just said that from the beginning and not set the expectation that it would be "5 more minutes" 3 times then I would of been ok. Fast forward to the second visit, I had to get a cavity filled and schedule an appointment for my son. They same receptionist had to assist me. She asked me a million questions knowing that I couldn't speak because my mouth was numb and I eventually asked for a piece of paper to write information down. We luckily got my son's appointment scheduled and she was being rude about it the whole time. Now today I get a phone call from her saying that they no longer have a pediatric dentist and that we would have to travel to Chicago to see another dentist in the practice or my son would have to see a general dentist. I eventually just called it quits and we will be looking for another dentist. This practice seems to contract their dentists because she said one quit. If you need to make a appointment at a different location they can't help you. You have to hang up and call yourself. So annoying and so rude! The dentist's are great as well as hygienist I just can't stand a poorly managed business where people are not respectful of your time and more importantly make you feel like you are bothering them when you could go to someone else.

Periodontal Disease (also known as Pyorrhea) is an infection of the gums and bone that hold your teeth in place. Left untreated, it causes loss of the bone anchoring your teeth- and subsequent loss of the teeth.
