Ive been dealing with this dental office for about 2 years. Ive been seen and treated by several doctors and nurses here. They all have been very gental and caring, while giving me the best care. I live far from here. But I would go further just to get to them. They are the best in all aspects, as well as the front desk staff. Financial assistance, treatment, procedures. Everything is great with Advance Family Dental in Frankfort. They really seem to care.

I had a root canal, and I'm waiting for my crown. The staff is professional, my appointments begin on time, and Dr. Dave is great. I have no complaints!

For the last 15 times I try calling this place to make an appointment, they don't answer. Yes I call during business hours. I even try calling when they first open. I don't understand what those ladies are doing behind the counter. YOU HAVE ONE JOB, ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. on the other hand, the dentist is very very good. I have never had a bad experience with him. He gets to know his clients and is very good with what he does. He just needs to tell them ladies to answer the phone. Now I have to drive 15 min to go there just to ask a question.

My grandson went in for pain in his tooth. They said it was infected and he needed a root canal. They never prescribed antibiotics or pain pills. They used the wrong name on the referral. This is not a professional business in my opinion.

If I could give this place 0stars I would. In February I had a crown put on my tooth after a root canal. Three months later the crown fell out. I went back for dr Wilson to fix it. He spent 5minutes with me, rushed to put it back on, didn't take the old cement off of my tooth, and told me it fell out because I didn't press down hard enough. Not even two weeks later the same crown fell out again. You could not pay me to go back to him. Everyone except the receptionist is completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
